Full Job Description
Manufacturing Project Engineer

Location: Onsite Manufacturing Environment
Travel: Up to 10% Domestic & International
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekend & Shutdown Support as Needed



What you'll be doing
  • Work within a collaborative team environment supporting Engineers, Construction Management, Technicians, Vendors, and General Contractors to achieve project milestones
  • Perform machine trials and equipment confirmation activities prior to production startup to ensure operational readiness
  • Support daily production operations to maintain uptime, operational availability, yield, and line performance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Document breakdowns, abnormal conditions, root causes, and countermeasures
  • Lead and support structured problem-solving activities focused on long-term reliability improvements
  • Partner with production, maintenance, and support teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational performance
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to other team members
  • Drive continuous improvement activities tied to KPIs, production targets, safety, and quality goals
  • Support equipment installation, modification, debugging, launch, and stabilization activities
  • Optimize automated manufacturing equipment and processes to improve efficiency and reliability

What you bring
