Full Job Description
This role will lead engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment and utility systems, from installation and startup through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation issues.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, contractors, and equipment vendors.
  • Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reliability.
  • Assist with project documentation, technical reports, SOPs, and engineering calculations.
