Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing OperationsManager, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an onsite employee atour Fullerton, CA location.'

Key Responsibilities:

' Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace.

' Responsible for daily management and leadership of allresources assigned.' Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:Schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, time and attendance,training and establishing/monitoring departmental goals.

' Creates a departmental cross training matrix and mentorsassigned personnel.

' Deploys team members to both strategically and tacticallyengage in cross functional problem solving to improve production efficienciesand product quality.

' Ensures the organization accomplishes Safety, Quality,Schedule, and Cost performance objectives. When misses occur, develops acredible recovery plan with team.

' Review daily demand, production capacity and constraints,optimize production schedules, and manage the workflow through shop.

' Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and otherreporting on daily basis to drive performance in all assigned areas.

' Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities based onpolicies, company objectives and programs spanning multiple manufacturingfunctions.

' Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement or requiredtools and MRO, and planning delivery schedules to meet delivery schedules,quality standards while reducing overall lead time and cost.

Coordinate with Engineering andQuality Control to determine cause of rejected product and to resolvediscrepancies in manufacture process.

Qualifications

BasicQualifications

' Bachelor's degree in ManufacturingEngineering, Operations Management, or a combination of appropriate relatedwork experience and education/training.

' Extensive experience with CNCequipment, programming, tooling and fixturing.

' 6+ years of progressive manufacturingleadership experience and responsibility. Aerospace and/or Automotiveexperience preferred.

' Proven track record of driving resultsin a high volume, high mix machining environment.

' Expert ability to read and interpretblueprints, methods of manufacturing, machine code, tabular data and otherrelated technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

' 6+ years of progressive manufacturingleadership experience and responsibility in the Aerospace and/or Automotiveindustry.

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position in California is$105,400.00 - 147,500.00/year. Pay is based on market location and may varydepending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on paymentmay be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a fullrange of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the positionoffered.
