Manufacturing Operations Analyst/Manufacturing Research & Development - Paint & Process
Position Responsibilities:- Provide factory support by working with existing production processes and equipment.
- Identify and implement effective manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment to meet build requirements.
- Support repair efforts for defective conditions on aircraft.
- Identify & Drive process improvements in cost, quality and schedule.
- Participate in Root Cause Corrective Actions to prevent defects.
- Maintain daily collaboration with shop personnel.
- Work independently and proactively.
- Focus specifically on paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and tape materials/processes used in Ridley Park production.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Working knowledge of PHL paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, masking engineering/specifications.
- Level 3: Six (6) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
- Level 4: Ten (10) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience with process improvement implementation in production areas.
- Experience implementing manufacturing technologies, tools and equipment.
- Experience referencing engineering drawings, specifications, departures utilizing REDARS, PSDS, and IPDM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Summary Pay Range:
Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000
Level 4: $98,000 - $175,000
