Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
- 3+ years of experience using Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- 3+ years of experience leading stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
- Experience using MS Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- 3+ years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
- 3+ years of experience working in Manufacturing Support organizations (e.g., LSCC, Supply Chain, Engineering)
- Understanding of One BPS process and principles
- Prior production experience
- Demonstrated skills in communication, team building, managing conflict, building positive relationships, and ethical leadership
- Problem solving skills and a drive for process improvement & excellence
