We are hiring a
Manufacturing Manager to lead efficient staffing, production, quality, and safety across the operation. This role drives employee development, ensures consistent policy and cost control and solves daily operational issues to maintain highest performance.
What You Will Do:- Lead all 1st shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production across all departments.
- Monitor processes and product quality, quickly identifying and correcting deviations to meet specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing scrap, waste, and non-conformance while optimizing labor, equipment use, and cost.
- Review operational, quality, and personnel reports to identify trends, opportunities, and required corrective actions.
- Prepare performance reports, ensure on-time facility start-up each shift, and develop, coach, and train team members.
What We Look For:- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of manufacturing leadership, ideally in food production.
- Strong ability to interpret safety and technical documents; effective problem solver and communicator.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
- Proven ability to supervise, develop, and motivate teams while maintaining a positive work environment.
What We Offer:The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
