Manufacturing Maintenance ManagerYou'll lead all maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility, including production equipment, building systems, utilities, and future expansion projects. You'll work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and support operational excellence. You'll also manage vendors, contractors, maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and long-term facility improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a maintenance professional with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with extrusion, plastics processing, compounding, laminating, or similar industrial equipment is highly valued. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo in pursuit of continuous improvement.
