About the role
As a Manufacturing & Facilities Leader, you will drive operational excellence across manufacturing and facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing production environments.
This role plays a critical part in optimizing manufacturing performance while managing facility services, contractor execution, and capital investment projects. You will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost, while developing high-performing teams and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing & Facilities Leader, you'll be responsible for:
• Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, LOTO procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Driving daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, customer demand, and business objectives.
• Monitoring and improving KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, throughput, and operational performance.
• Leading operations in key areas including presses, coil manufacturing, and tooling processes (punching and dies).
• Identifying operational constraints and driving strategies to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Developing and executing capital investment projects, including business case creation, ROI tracking, and implementation.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, automation, and waste reduction.
• Managing facility services and acting as the primary interface with contractors and third-party providers
• Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs, service levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Ensuring quality compliance, supporting root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions.
• Leading, coaching, and developing teams including supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Driving accountability, engagement, and performance management across teams.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Facilities, EHS, and Finance.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are strong leaders, results-driven, highly analytical, and capable of managing complex operations while driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
As a minimum you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong experience managing teams (supervisors, engineers, technicians, operators).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced English level.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Experience managing facilities, contractors, and third-party services.
• Experience leading CAPEX projects and investment analysis.
• Experience in presses, coil manufacturing, and tooling (dies / punching).
• Knowledge of safety systems (LOTO, EHS compliance).
• Valid visa and availability to travel occasionally.
