Manufacturing Excellence Engineer

Location: Mesa, Arizona / Hybrid as required

Employment Type: Full-time

The Manufacturing Excellent Engineer will lead manufacturing engineering activities with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable, scalable, and capable production processes for power electronics and related products. This role supports the full product lifecycle-from prototype and pilot builds through production ramp and continuous improvement-by developing assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, testing methods, and manufacturing documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing and improving assembly processes for power electronics.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value-stream improvement, and waste reduction.


Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting process development, NPI, process validation, tooling, work instructions, and production improvement. They should have hands-on experience with power electronics, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process troubleshooting, operator training, and first-pass-yield improvement.
