  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Execute up to 10% travel for coordination and testing activities

Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary:

Develops, deploys, maintains and improves the technical and administrative processes related to the Water and Air-Cooled Run Test Stands and Production UT Stands. Coordinates and oversees testing with engineering, technical service, product management and certification agencies. Leads a team of Engineering Test Technicians to maintain and improve existing processes and product quality.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage and develop Engineering technicians and Test Stand facilities to ensure a world class experience for our customers.
  • Identify and effectively facilitate First Pass Yield improvements and DPU .
  • Technical expert for the run test stand software, hardware, testing processes and controls.
  • Coordinate and manage calibration, maintenance and improvement of test stand facilities.
  • Interact with product management and engineering to ensure customers have a world class experience.
  • Up to 10% travel

Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • Experience and understanding of automation, controls, data acquisition and instrumentation hardware and software.
  • Design or application experience in HVAC products, thermodynamics, heat transfer, controls, electrical power and compressor technology.
  • Experience or familiarity with AHRI and/or other standards such as ASHRAE, ASME, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience in Access and SharePoint, are a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally.


Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$75,700.00 - $135,834.99
