The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor - Laser Systems Repair is responsible for leading the daily operations of a laser repair center, supervising a team of technicians responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing sophisticated fiber laser systems. This role combines technical leadership with operational management, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, meet quality standards, and provide exceptional customer satisfaction. The supervisor also partners with engineering, quality, and product development teams to improve product reliability, streamline repair processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for experienced field service engineers, engineering supervisors, electronics repair leaders, photonics professionals, or military technical leaders with experience supporting complex electronic or electro-mechanical equipment.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Associate's Degree, Technical Certificate/Degree, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 3-5 years of laser, photonics, or sophisticated capital equipment field service experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
