Job Requirements What You will Do:- Project Manager is responsible for supervision of individual contributors, project management, and smooth operations of the team/project.
- Manage employee workload and trainings. Conduct daily/weekly/bi-weekly touch points with each employee in your team and conduct regular team meetings to flow down company and immediate organizational communications
- Develop and deliver technical information documents, estimates, reports or training documentation.
- Responsible for hiring and managing the Project Unify teams onboarding, offboarding and training academy
- Support Project Unify offshore workload, create process maps and training plan for all the skills agreed as per Project Unify
- Manage Time & Material and Tasked based projects for work packages from our customers.
- Project management will include on-time delivery, proposal preparations, risk assessments, timesheet approvals, and financial management
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for any quality escapes and encourage and monitor Productivity and Continuous Improvements as required for the customer work package
- Manage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction Feedback
- Work with your Center's Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team members
- Ensure GPF compliance for Project Unify.
- Work with US local team to identify and scope out work from various sites across US to offshore
- Develop and monitor completion and maintenance of training academy for all skills under Unify.
- Ensure process flows, Work instructions, SOPs are complete for all skills
- Create a team environment where your employees are encouraged to grow professionally and challenge themselves
- Support Hiring by conducting interviews as required and providing Hiring Manager with candidate feedback
What You Will Bring:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 6-11 years of career experience in leading manufacturing projects, shop floor experience is a plus
- Min.3 years' experience in managing a cross cultural team
- Working knowledge of PC applications, MS Office, CAD/NX software. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Exposure to lean concepts, MRP systems, quality control systems is required. Prior or current experience in Energy industry, equipment, and processes is a plus.
- Working knowledge of gas turbine components and with experience in at least one of the following areas: design, manufacture, service, or repair is a must.
- Working knowledge of PC applications, MS Office, CAD/NX software. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay Range: $75,000 - $92,000 per year

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in
Charlotte, NC, USA- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship / GC Holder is required.
