Location: OSSINING, NY

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) FLEXIBLE TOO

MUST HAVE CNC OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE. SKILLED IN ALL ASPECTS OF CNC PROGRAMMING

A stable and reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, self-directed individual to play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across machining and production environments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline PREFERRED BUT EXPERIENCE COUNTS
  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a machining or fabrication environment
  • Strong experience with CNC machining processes, programming, setup, tooling, and fixture design
  • Solid understanding of process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience working with quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency
