Manufacturing Engineer - Lift Rite and LFP Support brings enthusiasm and curiosity the table. What You'll Be Doing:- Use engineering and project management skills to analyze a proposed project, recommend the appropriate equipment and/or manufacturing process, procure the development, and implement the new process.
- Manage the delivery of the project to the agreed scope.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, manage equipment suppliers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project implementation.
- Interface with multiple levels within the organization ranging from associates on the shop floor to managers and executives.
- Simultaneously lead multiple projects that are semi-complex to complex in nature.
- Participate as a key team member on large cross-functional project teams.
- Manage external equipment and fixture suppliers as it relates to the assigned capital projects.
- Perform a variety of engineering work as part of delivering a successful project - combination tables, value stream maps, work cell layouts, technical specifications, comparisons of solutions and suppliers, lead design reviews and equipment testing events, manage resolution of issues, etc.
- Present project status to senior management and executive level staff. Recommend changes in project direction in response to business requirements.
- Keep abreast of innovation in state-of-the-art engineering techniques. Learn new processes, techniques, and systems.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field and at least 5 years of related experience OR
- Master's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field and two years of related experience

Where and When You'll Work:- This is an in-person role located in Kirkwood, NY -ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Travel less than 25% of the time.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary - $83, 340 - $106,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
