DescriptionWe are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
- Serve as a hands-on, leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
- Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution.
- Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
- Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.
- Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset.
- Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
- Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Job Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
- Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.
