Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F-16 Build Team which is responsible for leading and inspiring a skilled team in the completion of F-16V Block 70 Mate fuselage structures.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance while cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead all aspects of the business - safety, quality, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process - to ensure on-time, FOD-free production.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members, fostering continuous improvement and a high-performing workforce.
- Manage financial control plans, schedules, and EVMS metrics to meet baseline and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the DCMA customer, FACO team, and Program Office.
- Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, resolve complex technical issues, and implement corrective action plans quickly.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.Basic Qualifications• Experience in a Aviation Production/Manufacturing environment or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
• Systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Life Support, Etc.) operation knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading a team(s) to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience with business metrics (cost, schedule, and/or quality)
Desired skills• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to create, interpret, and utilize metrics related to performance.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• SAP experience or equivalent.
• Ability to understand budget for the department and budget performance expressed in realization and/or durations.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S or 6S methodology and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
• Prior experience on 4th Generation (F-16/F-15/F-18/Ect.) or 5th Generation platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
• Ability to Lead and Operate in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/production methodologies & Aircraft maintenance techniques.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
