Lead with Heart: Managing Veterinarian (DVM) - $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Isanti, MN

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000/year (commensurate with experience)

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate veterinarian to join our team as Managing DVM and lead our small animal hospital into its next chapter of growth. To make this transition even more exciting, we're offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus to welcome the right candidate.

Our Isanti, MN practice is a well-established, team-oriented hospital known for its steady pace, quality care, and collaborative culture. As our current leader prepares for retirement, we're ready to welcome a new Managing DVM who's eager to inspire, mentor, and guide our talented team of veterinary professionals.

About the Area

Located just north of the Twin Cities, Isanti offers small-town charm with easy access to big-city amenities. The community is known for its historic downtown filled with local specialty shops, friendly neighbors, and a welcoming atmosphere. Role Overview

As our Managing DVM, you'll provide both medical and operational leadership for the hospital. This includes:

• Guiding and mentoring associate veterinarians
• Overseeing quality medical care and client service
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
• Fostering a positive, team-based culture
• Collaborating with practice management on strategy, performance, and growth

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our hospital while maintaining the high standard of care our community has come to expect.
