Managing Partner of Operations to lead funeral and cemetery operations at
Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in
Boynton Beach, FL.

What You'll Do - Lead overall funeral home and cemetery operations, ensuring excellence, compliance, and a first-class family experience
- Drive growth and profitability, achieving case volume and revenue targets through disciplined execution and leadership
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire employees by modeling NorthStar's core values, mission, and standards
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Represent Eternal Light in the community through event planning and engagement, including holiday observances, state memorial days, and outreach to churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers
- Strengthen community relationships and enhance the location's reputation as a trusted service provider
What You Bring - 5+ years of experience of business or military leadership with a demonstrated understanding of both sales and operational management
- Cemetery and funeral home operations preferred
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical decision-making skills
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading teams
- Comfort operating as a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
