What You Bring - 5+ years of funeral home and/or cemetery management experience
- Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (or ability to reciprocate in California)
- Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience
- A proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
- Experience in cemetery operations and sales
- A self-starter mindset with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
- An entrepreneurial approach-you think like an owner, not an employee
Preferred (or Ability to Obtain Within Year One) - California Cemetery Manager License
