Managing Partner - Funeral Home + Cemetery Operations

We are looking for Managing Partner at our Greenlawn NE Cemetery, Bakersfield, California. We're looking for a high-caliber leader ready to take full ownership of a well-established, high-performing location. This is not a traditional management role-this is an opportunity to run a business, shape a team, and directly influence growth, culture, and community impact.

Compensation:$115,000-$120,000 base + significant annual & long-term incentives

Location: Greenlawn Northeast Cemetery

Preferably or ability to obtain within year one:
  • CA Cemetery Manager License
  • CA Crematory Manager License
  • CA Cemetery Broker's License
