You'll leverage our firm's resources and brand strength to support your vision for growth, while maintaining your own client practice.
This is a PLAYER/COACH role -- you will have a thriving personal practice and lead by example
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice
- Active Life and Health insurance license required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning
- Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
