As a Managing Director, Delivery, you'll sit at the center of our recruiting engine - leading high-performing teams, shaping talent strategy, and driving results that directly impact revenue, gross margin, and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and knows how to turn strong execution into measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the VP, Delivery, you'll own recruiter performance, talent delivery, and operational excellence. You'll partner closely with Sales and internal teams to build scalable recruiting models, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time. What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve business and placement objectives.
  • Provide coaching across job intake, sourcing, candidate management, negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
  • Set expectations and hold the team accountable to KPIs, financial targets, and operational objectives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and support employee engagement, retention, performance, and career development.
  • Optimize recruiter performance, capacity, and resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership coverage for the VP, Delivery, as required.

Talent & Recruitment Expertise
  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruiting, sourcing strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build high-value candidate pipelines aligned with client and business needs.
  • Partner with Sales to develop effective talent strategies and ensure strong client and candidate matches.
  • Identify and recommend tools, technology, and best practices to improve recruiting efficiency.

Growth & Operational Excellence
  • Drive high-quality, timely recruitment delivery that supports revenue, gross margin, and business growth.
  • Proactively plan recruiting capacity and talent pipelines based on business needs and high-demand skill areas.
  • Monitor recruiting performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee recruiting-related expenses and support financial objectives.
  • Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies, processes, systems, and business controls.
  • Support a positive candidate and client experience by addressing issues promptly.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and other teams to support business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, technology, and service delivery.
  • Support employer brand and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and industry best practices.
  • Act as a company ambassador and proactively solve complex recruiting challenges.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years proven track record of leading and growing a successful recruiting team
  • Staffing Industry experience is required
  • Experience meeting quotas
  • Experience managing budgets or exposure to P&L an asset
  • University Degree or College Diploma is an asset

Compensation:

The salary for this position will vary based on experience, and qualifications.

The expected annual salary range is $125,000-150,000 + bonus.
