Essential Responsibilities:- Models and drives continuous learning and maintains a highly skilled and engaged workforce by aligning cross functional resource plans with business objectives; overseeing the recruitment, selection, and development of talent; motivating and empowering teams; building organizational capacity and grooming high potentials for growth opportunities and advancement; staying current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices; providing guidance and leadership when difficult decisions need to be made; and ensuring performance management guidelines and expectations drive business needs.
- Oversees the operation of multiple units and departments by identifying customer and operational needs; analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; engaging strategic, cross functional business units to champion and drive support for business plans and priorities; translating business strategy into actionable business requirements; obtaining and distributing resources; setting standards and measuring progress; anticipating and removing obstacles that impact performance; addressing performance gaps and implementing contingency plans accordingly; ensuring products and/or services meet customer requirements and expectations while aligning with organizational strategies; serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to executive leadership; and providing influence and consultation in the development of the larger organizational or business strategy.
- Oversees data analysis interpretation by: championing the review of insights, reports, and presentations to ensure a compelling story to stakeholders to enable and influence decision making; approving high-profile findings and their application to contextual settings across the organization; pioneering analysis interpretation strategies as well as providing support to teams across the organization on complex data interpretation; and sharing insights with executive-level internal and/or external audiences.
- Oversees the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes across one or more functional areas, business and/or clinical lines by: championing strategic data design and analysis; and ensuring that established data analysis strategies align with and advance organizational needs.
- Champions data and information collection on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion by: approving data collection sources as well as reviewing and approving data sources for the entire organization; establishing data collection, refresh, and update standards; ensuring users are trained and supported; and overseeing the development and/or delivery of tools for electronic data collection as well as auditing documentation.
- Oversees data preparation for analytic efforts by: reviewing complex or high-profile data sets; establishing data quality and accuracy standards as well as overseeing the approval of system improvements to enhance overall quality of data; and championing the resolution of critical issues as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field AND minimum twelve (12) years progressive corporate, non-profit, or consulting experience, including six (6) years in data analytics or directly related field OR minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field, including six (6) years in data analytics or directly related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Minimum six (6) years of general management experience, including three (3) years of experience in Director-level role or equivalent in a complex, multi-faceted health care setting.
- Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or directly related field.
- Minimum six (6) years leading enterprise data, analytics, or technology teams.
- Minimum six (6) years managing complex data, analytics, or technology portfolios.
- Five (5) years of experience interacting with executive leadership in a complex organization.
Preferred Qualifications:- One (1) year of experience working with Databricks.
- Two (2) years of experience partnering with physician and clinical leadership.
- Seven (7) years of healthcare analytics experience.
- Certifications in data governance, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud technologies.
- One (1) year of experience leading organizational change initiatives involving data, analytics, technology, or operations, including bringing together diverse teams and stakeholders into new or evolving operating models.
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field.
