Overview:
This role combines strategy and execution-spanning product innovation, digital acquisition, and real-time payments-to deliver a modern, advisory-led experience for small to mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Leadership: Define the vision, roadmap, and operating plan; own P&L and growth strategy across markets and segments
  • Product & Payments: Modernize deposit products and lead innovation in payments (real-time, invoicing, cash-flow tools)
  • Lending Oversight: Lead end-to-end small business lending, including credit strategy, underwriting, LOS, and portfolio performance
  • Digital Growth: Drive online acquisition, improve conversion and speed-to-decision, and enhance digital onboarding
  • Data & AI: Implement segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and AI-driven insights to deepen client relationships
  • Market Presence: Serve as a visible leader in the business community and build strong external partnerships
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and oversee vendor governance
  • Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team; coach and develop talent
