Are you a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and leadership? Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a dynamic Managing Clinical Director to lead our Tonawanda, NY studio. In this high-impact role, you'll blend artistry with advanced aesthetic care, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and guide a talented clinical team to success.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $180,000+ total earning potential annually, inclusive of monthly incentive pay (based on performance and experience).

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver expert-level clinical care within the full scope of aesthetic services
  • Lead and mentor clinical teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff
  • Manage guest concerns with professionalism and solution-focused care
  • Certify and coach providers to meet skill standards and performance goals
  • Represent Chapter Aesthetic Studio in the local aesthetic and professional community
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and internal protocols
  • Contribute to innovation through the launch of new products and services
