Description
As Managing Attorney for our Oklahoma City office, you will own the courtroom, lead the team, and help shape what Dads.Law becomes in OKC. You'll carry your own caseload while mentoring junior associates and paralegals, building the kind of team that dads in OKC can count on.
You'll be backed by the infrastructure of Dads.Law- billing systems, HR support, marketing, and operations, so you can focus on what you do best: practicing law and winning for clients.
The right attorney for this role is someone who is in it with us for the long haul. This isn't a short-term gig. We are building something that will build value for the firm and the attorney, fully committing to the mission.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Oklahoma City office, ensuring alignment with Dads.Law's mission and values.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, maintaining the firm's reputation for integrity and excellence.
• Utilize firm resources effectively, including billing systems, HR support, and marketing, to optimize operations and client service.
