JOB DESCRIPTIONSalary Range: $85,000 - $116,800
PurposeThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of warehouse operations. This role oversees all aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, while driving operational excellence, ensuring safety compliance, and maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors and associates.
- Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and warehouse management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational decisions.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Contribute to the development and management of the warehouse budget.
