  • Leading the execution of seasonal floor sets, key campaigns, and visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Creating presentation strategies that inspire outfitting, cross-category shopping, and customer discovery while reinforcing the Walmart Fashion brand.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve presentation standards, processes, and ways of working that simplify execution and increase consistency across stores.
  • Leveraging sales performance, customer insights, competitive trends, and store feedback to evolve merchandising strategies and continuously improve business outcomes.
  • Influencing cross-functional partners to align priorities, navigate complexity, and deliver customer-first solutions at scale.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:
  • You have a strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate trends into inspiring, customer-first shopping experiences.
  • You understand how visual merchandising influences customer behavior and can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • You have a customer-first mindset and instinctively look for ways to simplify the shopping journey while creating moments of inspiration and discovery.
  • You are naturally curious and stay ahead of fashion, retail, and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas that elevate the Walmart Fashion experience.
  • You think strategically and connect customer insights, merchant priorities, and brand vision to create compelling presentation concepts.
  • You are highly organized and excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You are resilient, adaptable, and energized by ambiguity, approaching change with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You communicate with confidence, build trust across teams, and influence others through collaboration and thoughtful storytelling.
