Job Description:

Ready to drive vendor growth across the English Caribbean and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced technology market? As Manager, Vendor Business - CCA, you will lead the storage portfolio strategy, accelerate year-over-year growth, attract new customers, and expand momentum across client and server solutions.

You will align cross-functional teams-including purchasing and procurement, vendor and product marketing, technical sales, and specialized sales-to strengthen collaboration and achieve meaningful business results.

You will own the business strategy, P&L performance, market share expansion, and recruitment of new TD partners while strengthening our regional presence.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop vendor relationships and lead strategic business planning to support growth. (30%)
  • Lead high-impact customer meetings and identify opportunities to recruit and grow new partners. (20%)
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, collaboration, and career growth. (20%)
  • Optimize P&L performance by managing revenue and margin forecasts, improving operational efficiency, achieving rebate targets, supporting ROCE, and meeting portfolio inventory KPIs. (20%)
  • Safeguard business performance through disciplined inventory and risk management, including depreciation and end-of-life planning. (10%)

  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least five years of experience leading, managing, or supervising employees.
  • College degree or equivalent experience demonstrating the knowledge and skills required for the role.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in technology, vendor management, sales, or business development.
  • Ability to follow direction and request clarification when necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage critical information accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to convey key information effectively.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive formal presentations.
  • Confidence engaging leaders and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and close mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in multicultural environments.

  • IBM certifications are preferred.
