Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience specializing in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven track record managing data center and complex infrastructure projects.
• Adept at developing project scopes and schedules, while managing change orders and RFIs.
• Strong relationship management skills with architects, engineers, owners' representatives, and subcontractors.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams through construction phases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for project documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities.
• Oversee contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and documentation for MEP systems from pre-construction to close-out.
• Develop project scopes, manage change orders and RFIs, budgeting, and cost control.
• Monitor installation, start-up, and commissioning of MEP systems with engineers and owners.
• Lead the MEP team and trade partners from groundbreaking through turnover to the owner.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
