- 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience.

2. Change Management & Transformation Leadership- Manage a team responsible for product and product delivery
- Leads organizational change to shift teams from waterfall to agile approaches

3. Portfolio & Capacity Management- Aligns agile delivery with strategic priorities
- Manages team capacity, resource planning, and sprint forecasting
- Ensures transparency of demand vs. capacity
4. Governance in an Agile Environment- Establishes metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, OKRs)
- Ensures compliance with enterprise standards without slowing delivery
5. Coaching & Team Development- Coaches project managers, scrum masters, and product owners
- Supports teams in maturing through agile stages
- Provides feedback, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management
