Position Summary...
Walmart is seeking a Manager, Talent Management who owns day-to-day talent management operations across the International segment by organizing requests, maintaining materials, and supporting multiple stakeholders across markets, the Manager improves execution consistency, usability, and adoption of talent practices. This role consolidates and maintains talent analytics, produces recurring dashboards, and helps identify opportunities to streamline and automate high-volume work so leaders receive accurate talent insights. This role manages communications and creates practical toolkits, templates, and materials based on enterprise documents. This position requires a commitment to integrity, effective communication, and driving organizational capability to support Walmart's mission and values.

What you'll do...
  • Gather, organize, and maintain talent data from different sources to produce recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Identify repetitive manual work, organize data and process requirements, to build efficient ways of working so the team can automate, standardize, and scale talent operations over time.
  • Ensure that data, communications, and operating materials are accurate, organized, and timely so leaders and partners can make better-informed talent decisions and teams can execute with consistency across markets.
  • Communicate project status and feedback regularly to stakeholders, adjusting plans as needed to support continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support talent initiatives and drive accountability for results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
