Join a team that sits at the heart of product quality and customer satisfaction. Our Systems Design Engineering group ensures every product leaving our floor meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability—because we know that what we build impacts real people every day.

As a Systems Design Engineering Manager, you won’t just oversee the maintenance of our test systems—you’ll be a key player in safeguarding product integrity. You’ll work hands-on with advanced test systems in our sensor manufacturing, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and directly influence how we validate and improve our products. Every day brings something new, from solving complex technical problems to collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

What makes you successful:

  • A technical degree in engineering or related scientific field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 3+years of leadership experience in medical devicetesting,design, development, and/or verification.

  • Knowledge in structured problem solving, test method validation, statistical analysis, and related technical skills.

  • A good understanding of emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A situational leader that flexes styles for the individual andtask.

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820

  • Results-oriented, self-disciplined, fast-paced, motivated individual that requires minimal supervision.
