Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, with expertise in Office 365, Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Nutanix, scripting, and Azure. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize our systems to ensure smooth operations and support our company's growth.

Responsibilites:
  • Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure.
  • Manage Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline system administration tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups, patch management, firmware updates, and system optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services to support organizational needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior IT staff members.


Requirements
