Full Job Description
Basic Function

As a member of the Data Center Supply Chain team, the Manager of Supply Chain Governance & Assurance will play a critical role in establishing and governing end-to-end supply chain processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and risk-management mechanisms for data center supply chain team, as well as collaborating with cross functional team for compliance and alignment. Lead process mapping, compliance and audit reviews, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the delivery of large-scale AI data center projects and meet rapidly growing organization needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce supply chain processes, policies, and procedures. Establish and oversee supply chain compliance frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to internal requirements, regulatory obligations, contractual standards, and applicable industry practices. Identify process gaps and risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Define process ownership, approval requirements and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Maintain supply chain governance documentation, supplier performance records, consistent supply chain KPI definitions, scorecards, and reporting frameworks. Conduct the Business Reviews both internally and with suppliers to oversee the performance scorecards and track corrective actions, improvement plan, closure.
  • Partnership with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to conduct periodic process reviews, support audit, align with internal policies and applicable regulatory and contractual requirements. Train employees in approved processes, policies, and procedures. Lead cross-functional operational improvements that reduce rework, accelerate approvals, and strengthen control effectiveness.
  • Lead supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk management activities by coordinating supplier assessments and implementing supplier assurance programs to evaluate capacity, financial health, long-lead material availability, quality performance, and operational risks throughout the supply chain lifecycle management. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of Supply Chain, Governance, Process improvement, Operations or Finance, within data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding and working knowledge of supply chain, stakeholder management, and sourcing and procurement process. Experience supporting supply chain governance or compliance programs is highly valuable.
  • Strong ability to work with suppliers and across functional teams to develop and align on workstreams, policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Familiarity with project logistics, inventory and warehouse controls, or construction-material receiving processes is preferred, including experience documenting cross-functional workflows and evaluating third-party service-provider controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement governance processes in a rapidly growing organization, including SOPs, responsibility matrices, approval workflows and exception controls.


Working arrangements

Assignments may span projects, equipment categories, suppliers, and locations and may change with business needs. The role includes supplier, factory, warehouse, and active construction site visits, coordination across time zones, and compliance with site safety and access requirements. Managers lead execution through qualified suppliers and project resources.

Location: Redwood City, CA; San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX.

Base Pay - $140,000 - $170,000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay. Total rewards may also include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
