Manager, Strategic Sourcing Americas (Remote)

In this role, you will lead regional and global sourcing initiatives for products and services, including supplier negotiations, contract management, renewals, and supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and managing procurement documentation such as RFIs, RFPs, and other sourcing-related materials. The role partners closely with stakeholders to gain visibility into suppliers, spending, agreements, and business requirements, while identifying and executing opportunities that deliver measurable commercial value. Additionally, you will support the effective management of supplier relationships to maximize and leverage BCD Travel's sourcing and purchasing power.

As a Manager, Strategic Sourcing Americas, you will

• Aggressively negotiate terms as required and in accordance with internal policies
• Establish negotiating strategies to leverage BCD Travel's position and strategic partnerships
• Manage contract renewal terms and dates ensuring business owners are involved in advance of actionable dates and deadlines are not missed
• Establish SLA's based upon BCD stakeholder requirements and industry best practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, the Director, Strategic Sourcing, finance and accounting, legal, data privacy, and security departments
• Measure, track, and report ROI by engagement, providing detailed calculations to the Director, Strategic Sourcing
• Review a variety of sourcing requirements from cross functional business leaders
• Lead cross-functional sourcing and supplier-management initiatives

About you

• Prior Supply Chain Management experience
• Previous experience working on technology, telecommunications, HR and other types of sourcing engagements
• Strong business knowledge
• Effective spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Strategic Sourcing Americas is between $75,000 and $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
