Manager - Premium Programs
As the Manager of Specialty Flows at Clemens Food Group, you'll be a critical force in managing the financial results and optimizing each Specialty Hog Flow program. These flows are central to CFG's market differentiation and long-term success. You will be the subject matter expert both internally and externally with the goal of supporting key customer opportunities. This role will require cross-functional alignment and execution to P&L results and long-term planning. This is a strategic, high-visibility role requiring leadership across sales, operations, and marketing. Who you are:

• Strategic Leader with a proven track record of P&L ownership, long-term planning, and driving organizational alignment across business units.
• Results-Oriented Program Manager who thrives on execution excellence and holding teams accountable to performance metrics like service level, order fill, and schedule attainment.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator adept at influencing stakeholders in operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
• Market-Savvy Growth Driver capable of translating industry trends into actionable product, pricing, and customer strategies.

What you'll do:

• Own and ensure the success for all Specialty Hog Flow programs, ensuring alignment with long-term capacity and profitability goals.
• Manage P&L performance, conduct marketplace assessments, and lead cross-functional steering committees to guide flow strategy.
• Oversee execution metrics and corrective actions across scheduling, inventory, sales, and production; partner with S&OP to mitigate future risks.
• Support key customer opportunities as the subject matter expert through collaboration on developing selling strategies on how to win. Will also validate program viability from supply and financial perspectives.
