Full Job Description
Work with multiple IS teams and various operational disciplines (including but not limited to Drilling, Completions, Production and Facilities) to develop and deploy solutions for tracking and optimizing operations, activity and costs, and to automate and streamline workflows and interactive dashboards for enhancing operational efficiencies. Work with internal EOG engineers and vendors to deploy solutions and track different metrics to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead teams comprised of Solutions Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop required mobile and desktop tools. Generate ideas for new projects and coordinate timelines leading to testing and deployment of applications. Create prototypes using analytical tools to solve business problems. Coordinate multiple projects involving vendors, division personnel, and IS team members.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of experience as a Solutions Analyst or Spotfire Developer.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 50% domestic travel required.

Position will be filled at level commensurate with experience
