You will work alongside some of the world's experts in genetics and healthcare at the forefront of genetic medicine. We have built a culture that empowers our teams to have the most significant impact and to explore their interests and capabilities. We prize freedom with accountability and offer significant flexibility, excellent benefits, and competitive compensation.

The Sample to Answer (S2A) Center of Excellence brings genetics into mainstream medicine by building the platforms that power genomic testing at scale. Our mission is to contribute to the evolution of a robust, enterprise-grade Sample to Answer platform that will cement Labcorp's leadership in genomics. Lab Platform sits at the core of S2A. We own the custom-built software systems that carry a sample from accessioning through data generation, the systems that have enabled us to scale to millions of samples processed. We address horizontal requirements like monitoring, alerting, security, scalability, and technology transformation at the platform level. This lets our product teams focus on delivering new tests to customers quickly. The genetic testing space is moving and growing quickly. Our systems need to be reliable, scalable, and easy to build on. We are looking for an engineering leader who can guide us through this transformation. Your experience, passion, and leadership skills will lay the foundation for our continued success.

As Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead a team of software engineers, own the engineering roadmap, and collaborate with business stakeholders across the S2A organization. You will translate platform strategy into outstanding developer experiences, balance operations with new delivery, and build a team that is empowered to grow while doing its best work.
