  • Lead the team's response to production issues, ensuring timely triage, clear ownership, root cause analysis, remediation, and communication to impacted partners.
  • Translate compliance, product, and operational priorities into clear team execution plans, balancing regulatory obligations, delivery capacity, technical dependencies, and long-term platform health.
  • Support planning and delivery discipline across the team, including backlog health, sprint readiness, dependency management, and follow-through on committed work.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Enterprise Technology stakeholders to support electronic communications surveillance capabilities, records retention requirements, and evolving communication technologies.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and tradeoffs early with clear context, options, and recommended next steps for leadership and partner alignment.
  • Drive operational excellence across the team's portfolio, ensuring reliable service delivery, strong controls, and alignment with enterprise compliance objectives.

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and vendor-supported technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting electronic communications monitoring, surveillance, regulatory compliance, records retention, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or related compliance technology platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance technology, risk management, or other highly regulated business environments is preferred.
  • Capable of communicating effectively between product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences in varying forms and levels of detail.
  • Leads teams to collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
