Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. This role leverages customer analytics and market research to inform strategic site changes and merchandising initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager influences stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing product launches, monitoring site performance, and supporting long-term category strategies. The position requires strong leadership to develop team capabilities while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts.
  • Drive customer engagement through navigation strategies and collaboration with marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success.
  • Utilize SEO and web analytics to enhance site structure and content relevance.
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
