Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. What you'll do: - Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays.
- Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with Marketing partners.
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Manage product launches and promotional campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness and providing actionable feedback.
- Utilize web analytics and SEO best practices to enhance site structure and content relevance.
- Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation standards, visual merchandising, and use of administrative tools such as Tempo and Tango.
- Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly and credibly.
- Experience in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Proficiency in leveraging SEO strategies and web analytics to enhance site traffic and content relevance.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing associates while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
