Manager/Senior Manager, Finance
As Manager/Senior Manager, Finance, you will primarily provide end-to-end finance support for the TAAP Audit Workflow Subsegment.
This role partners with Sales and Retention leadership team to drive sales performance and revenue growth, provide decision support, and help steer and execute the overall business strategy. This leader will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support Business and Finance AI transformation.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for:
Ownership of GTM channel planning for Audit Workflow subsegment and support including Sales structure, Renewal motions and channel expense
Participates actively in development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business including overall renewal strategy
Perform analytics and lead the delivery of accurate and timely sales and revenue financial results, including forecasting, annual planning and long range planning
Partner closely with the sales, retention and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast
Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and revenue
Ensure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in making sound strategic decisions for the business
Develop solid relationships with all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective and trusted advisor
Communicate effectively to senior business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearly
Mentor and develop a team of two individuals to help create solutions to problems.Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary
About You
You're a fit for the role of Manager/Senior Manager, Finance if your background includes:
College degree required and graduate degree or certification in business or finance (such as MBA or CPA) strongly preferred
Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience
Experience supporting sales high performing sales and retention organization
Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data
