- Bachelor of Science required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience required in Retail, Outpatient or Primary care facility with broad spectrum population and service lines.
- Certified Immunizer and Licensed Consultant Pharmacist.
