What you'll do: - Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory issues.
- Manage inventory distribution, recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions with supplier coordination.
- Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics and address supply disruptions proactively.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and improve inventory health.
- Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring, and developing the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
