Job Summary and QualificationsAssists the Director with overseeing the overall operations of the Physical Medicine, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Departments, maximizing the resources of the department. Performs all services as they may relate to patient/treatment with consideration for the age/condition of the patient as needed. Supervises employees, assists staffing, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development /education, and regulatory agency compliance. Performs additional tasks/activities as assigned. Demonstrates the appropriate attitude in the completion of his/her responsibilities.
What qualifications you will need:- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Active License required: (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy required.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
