The Manager, Regulatory Intelligence is an individual contributor who supports the Enterprise Regulatory Intelligence organization by performing data analysis and producing high-quality reporting and presentation materials. The individual is a developing subject matter expert who works independently with minimal supervision and supports cross-sector collaboration in regulatory intelligence. This role is responsible for preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and translating analysis into clear visuals and executive-ready narratives that highlight key implications, support recommended actions, and adapt internal processes to drive actionable regulatory intelligence. The Manager partners with the Senior Director and Directors to deliver analyses within defined timelines, enabling data-driven decisions and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Intelligence Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., health authority information and trade association updates) to identify trends, risks, and outliers, and translate findings into actionable insights with clear implications and recommended actions for stakeholders.
  • Reporting, Visualization & Executive Communication: Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate regulatory intelligence insights to support decision-making.
  • Data Management, Quality & Standardization: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and traceability through robust extraction, validation, and reconciliation processes, while maintaining standardized templates, definitions, and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery Execution: Partner with the Senior Director and/or Directors to define requirements, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality analyses on time while enabling consistent execution through cross-sector collaboration.
  • Digital Enablement & AI-Driven Innovation: Apply approved AI and digital tools to enhance reporting workflows and support implementation of regulatory intelligence systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., data analytics, statistics, business, engineering, life sciences).

Required Years of Related Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and producing reports in a regulated industry; pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred.    
  • Advanced proficiency in using data visualization applications and working knowledge of process automation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and/or data mining applications.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build clear, executive-ready presentations with effective data storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with direction, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
