Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the assigned regional sales team, including strategy and progress toward metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships among the regional team, as well as strategic customer and vendor accounts
  • Participate in the talent acquisition and development process for the regional team
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to integrate service offerings in the region
  • Function as the Site Lead for an office in the region, if needed
  • Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to align on annual strategic initiatives
  • Utilize data to provide guidance to the regional team regarding activities in varied market segments
  • Support and facilitate partnership with other ProMach divisions to present end to end solutions to customers

Full Job Description
As part of our Regional Sales team, you will work closely with our internal team members, other ProMach divisions, customers and vendors. Providing leadership and development opportunities to the Technical Sales team in their region. This role uses data to develop strategies to grow market segments and help the team execute strategy. In our interactive processes you will guide, review and help see projects through to completion.
