The Manager, Record to Report - Walmart Manufacturing - Cost Accountant, participates in the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. What you'll do...- Manage month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Reconcile complex accounts involving data from multiple systems to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial planning, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and implement internal controls.
- Manage financial data and metadata to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless financial operations.
What you'll bring:- Proven expertise in financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow correlations.
- Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and reconciliation of complex accounts.
- Experience with GAAP standards, advanced accounting methods, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across functions.
- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting techniques.
- Skilled in identifying process improvements and implementing controls for operational excellence.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and internal control assessments.
- Competence in data management and leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting accuracy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
