Job Description Summary: Schedule: Night shift (2-2-3) 7pm-7am What You'll Do for Us The Quality Manager leads and oversees all plant quality and sanitation activities to ensure adherence to Coca-Cola specifications, regulatory standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Serving as a technical expert and advisor, the Quality Manager drives continuous improvement efforts and safeguards food safety and product quality throughout the facility.
Quality- Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for all Quality Assurance (QA associates).
- Proven experience managing laboratory operations, including testing methods, data integrity, and documentation controls.
- Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, or provincial/federal equivalents).
- Experience establishing, maintaining, and auditing quality systems, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Experience with calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and audit responses.
Leadership & Team Management- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop laboratory and quality professionals.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure consistent execution of sanitation and quality programs.
- Promote a culture of food safety, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Special Projects- Lead and manage new initiatives or special projects that impact the entire plant, including sanitation process improvements, regulatory updates, and operational changes.
- Act as a technical consultant for sanitation, quality, and food safety topics both within and outside the plant.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Compliance & Auditing- Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Operating Requirements, ISO, FDA and USDA regulations, and applicable local and state requirements.
- Participate in and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure all sanitation, quality, and laboratory documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Education- Bachelor's degree in science required (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline).
Related Work Experience- Minimum of two (2) years of experience analyzing and interpreting scientific data related to food industry quality assurance.
- Knowledge of FSSC (ISO), FDA and USDA requirements for juice and juice drink manufacturing.
- Juice HACCP certification and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, auditing requirements, and quality systems.
- Good understanding of computer systems related to supply chain operations and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvement action plans.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge preferred.

Pay Range:United States of America: 109,000 USD - 129,000 USD
