SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for planning, developing, benchmarking, recommending and implementing new and revised compensation programs for the Health System. Acts as the key contact with the organization's provider compensation function to facilitate alignment with system-wide standards, best practice procedures and leads the annual provider compensation fair market value, reconciliation, remediations, and benchmarking assessments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three (3) years of experience required in Compensation/Finance


PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Understanding of healthcare compensation structures
  • Knowledge of HR best practices for recruitment, retention, and performance management
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations that impact provider compensation, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Stark Laws, and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS).
